* To help ensure the safety of the McDelivery riders, delivery times may be affected due to bad weather and/or traffic conditions

Our Comments

What We Don't Like

* It is quite frequent that the they miss out certain orders. Out of 8 orders, about 3 of them have missing items (from personal experience).

* Choice and quantity of sauces very limited when ordering online.

What We Like

* Ordering time usually depends if there is a McDelivery outlet near your place. For the west areas like Choa Chu Kang or Bukit Panjang, delivery is unexpectedly quick! Takes about 15 minutes for the food to arrive instead of the proposed 45 minutes.

* The good thing is that when you call back and inform them about the missing item(s), they will take a second trip to deliver the missing item(s) again.

* There was once when we ordered from Clementi area, and a pack of large fries was missing from the delivered order. After calling up McDonald's, the McDelivery personnel took a cab to bring the missing item to us! That was really quick service and minimized our displeasure.

* Ice-cream are specially chilled with ice-cubes to keep them cold.
