* KFC Delivery may be temporarily unavailable in selected areas due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances. Pick up service will be made available in such instances.

* They did not state delivery locations but it is assumed that it includes anywhere in mainland Singapore

Our Comments

What We Like

* Delivery time was very short in the west area. The order of 10 pieces of chicken arrive in less than 20 minutes.

* They used environmentally friendly cardboard boxes to store the chicken in, which at the same time absorbs the excess oil.

What We Don't Like

* You can't get to choose the type of chicken you want. It's subject to availability and you are only allowed to a certain number of chicken parts (e.g. max 2 chicken wings).

* The telephone operator was quite slow in taking the order. We had to repeat many times before he got the order through.
